1、用户在使用本服务前需要先注册一个“TOPTEKK”帐号，账号可以是邮箱或者任意的字母、数字。请用户使用尚未与“TOPTEKK”帐号绑定的用户名进行注册。注意，TOPTEKK不会强制客户使用真实姓名和邮箱进行注册。
2、在用户注册及使用本服务时，TOPTEKK需要搜集能识别用户身份的个人信息以便在必要时联系用户，或为用户提供更好的使用体验。收集的信息仅包括产品序列号、用户名和邮箱。
1、尊重用户个人隐私信息的私有性是TOPTEKK的一贯制度，TOPTEKK将采取技术措施和其他必要措施，确保用户个人信息安全。

3、尊重用户个人隐私信息的私有性是丰汇汽车电子的一贯制度，丰汇汽车电子将采取 技术措施和其他必要措施，确保用户个人隐私信息安全，防止在本服务中收集的用户个 人隐私信息泄露、毁损或丢失。在发生前述情形或者丰汇汽车电子发现存在发生前述情 形的可能时，将及时采取补救措施。
4、丰汇汽车电子未经用户同意不向任何第三方公开、透露用户个人隐私信息。但以下 特定情形除外：
(1)丰汇汽车电子根据法律法规规定或有权机关的指示提供用户的个人隐私信息；

6、丰汇汽车电子重视对未成年人个人隐私信息的保护。丰汇汽车电子将依赖用户提供 的个人信息判断用户是否为未成年人。任何18岁以下的未成年人注册帐号或使用本服 务应事先取得家长或其法定监护人（以下简称"监护人"）的书面同意。除根据法律法规 的规定及有权机关的指示披露外，丰汇汽车电子不会使用或向任何第三方透露未成年人 的聊天记录及其他个人隐私信息。除本协议约定的例外情形外，未经监护人事先同意， 丰汇汽车电子不会使用或向任何第三方透露未成年人的个人隐私信息。
7、为了改善丰汇汽车电子的技术和服务，向用户提供更好的服务体验，丰汇汽车电子 或可会自行收集使用或向第三方提供用户的非个人隐私信息。
1、“丰汇”帐号的所有权归丰汇汽车电子所有，用户完成申请注册手续后，获得“丰汇” 帐号的使用权，该使用权仅属于初始申请注册人，禁止赠与、借用、租用、转让或售卖。
2、用户可以更改、删除“丰汇”帐户上的个人资料、注册信息及传送内容等，但需注意， 删除有关信息的同时也会删除用户储存在系统中的文字和图片。用户需承担该风险。

4、用户应遵守本协议的各项条款，正确、适当地使用本服务，如因用户违反本协议中 的任何条款，丰汇汽车电子在通知用户后有权依据协议中断或终止对违约用户“丰汇”帐 号提供服务。同时，丰汇汽车电子保留在任何时候收回“丰汇”帐号、用户名的权利。
1、丰汇汽车电子不对用户在本服务中相关数据的删除或储存失败负责。
2、丰汇汽车电子可以根据实际情况自行决定用户在本服务中数据的最长储存期限，并 在服务器上为其分配数据最大存储空间等。用户可根据自己的需要自行备份本服务中的 相关数据。
3、如用户停止使用本服务或本服务终止，丰汇汽车电子可以从服务器上永久地删除用 户的数据。本服务停止、终止后，丰汇汽车电子没有义务向用户返还任何数据。
1、用户理解并同意，“丰汇”仅为用户提供信息分享、传送及获取的平台，用户必须为自 己注册帐号下的一切行为负责，包括用户所传送的任何内容以及由此产生的任何后果。 用户应对“丰汇”及本服务中的内容自行加以判断，并承担因使用内容而引起的所有风险， 包括因对内容的正确性、完整性或实用性的依赖而产生的风险。丰汇汽车电子无法且不 会对因用户行为而导致的任何损失或损害承担责任。如果用户发现任何人违反本协议 约定或以其他不当的方式使用本服务，请立即向丰汇汽车电子举报或投诉，丰汇汽车电 子将依本协议约定进行处理。
2、用户理解并同意，因业务发展需要，丰汇汽车电子保留单方面对本服务的全部或部 分服务内容变更、暂停、终止或撤销的权利，用户需承担此风险。
1、除本服务中涉及广告的知识产权由相应广告商享有外，丰汇汽车电子在本服务中提 供的内容（包括但不限于网页、文字、图片、音频、视频、图表等）的知识产权均归丰 汇汽车电子所有，但用户在使用本服务前对自己发布的内容已合法取得知识产权的除 外。
2、除另有特别声明外，丰汇汽车电子提供本服务时所依托软件的著作权、专利权及其 他知识产权均归丰汇汽车电子所有。
3、丰汇汽车电子在本服务中所涉及的图形、文字或其组成，以及其他丰汇汽车电子标 志及产品、服务名称（以下统称“丰汇汽车电子标识”），其著作权或商标权归丰汇汽车 电子所有。未经丰汇汽车电子事先书面同意，用户不得将丰汇汽车电子标识以任何方式 展示或使用或作其他处理，也不得向他人表明用户有权展示、使用、或其他有权处理丰 汇汽车电子标识的行为。

2、用户理解并同意，丰汇汽车电子有权依合理判断对违反有关法律法规或本协议规定 的行为进行处罚，对违法违规的任何用户采取适当的法律行动，并依据法律法规保存有 关信息向有关部门报告等，用户应承担由此而产生的一切法律责任。
3、用户理解并同意，因用户违反本协议约定，导致或产生的任何第三方主张的任何索 赔、要求或损失，包括合理的律师费，用户应当赔偿丰汇汽车电子与合作公司、关联公 司，并使之免受损害。

Users are requested to register with a user name that has not been bound to the TopTekk Truck account. (2) When the user registers and uses this service, TopTekk needs to collect user information that can identify the user's identity in order to contact the user when necessary, or provide a better user experience for the user. The information collected includes only the TopTekk Trucker serial number, user name and email address.

(2) The user understands and agrees that due to business development needs, TopTekk reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend, terminate or cancel all or part of the service content of this service, and the user shall bear this risk.
(1) The intellectual property rights of the content (including but not limited to webpages, texts, pictures, etc.) provided by TopTekk in this service are owned by TopTekk, but the content published by the user before using this service is legal. (2) Unless otherwise specified, the copyrights, patents and other intellectual property rights of the software on which TopTekk provides this service are owned by TopTekk.

(2) El usuario comprende y acepta que por cualquier reclamo, demanda o pérdida reclamada por un tercero, incluidos los honorarios razonables de abogados, debido a la violación de este acuerdo por parte del usuario, el usuario deberá indemnizar a TopTekk y sus empresas cooperativas y empresas afiliadas, y mantener de daños.
(1) TopTekk recuerda solemnemente a los usuarios que presten atención a las cláusulas del presente contrato que eximen de responsabilidad a TopTekk y restrinjan los derechos de los usuarios. Se solicita a los usuarios que lean atentamente y consideren los riesgos de forma independiente. Los menores de edad deben leer este acuerdo acompañados de sus tutores legales.
(2) Si hay alguna disputa o controversia entre usted y TopTekk, resuélvalo a través de una negociación amistosa.
